The KCCA’s Research Symposium, organized by Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) and the EU Joint Action, took place on 10 December 2020.
The hybrid in-person and virtual conference was held to provide a platform for the government to share evidence and directly advocate for comprehensive social protection, highlighting the critical importance of this work in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event involved the participation of urban authorities, government institutions, and researchers.
